Driver App Terms & Conditions

Drivers must register and provide accurate personal and vehicle information to use the app and receive trip requests.

Drivers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information and documents are accurate and valid.

All submitted driver and vehicle documents will be reviewed and verified by the company.

• Verification may take time to complete
• Drivers cannot receive trips until documents are successfully verified
• Drivers will be notified once the account is activated

The company may approve, reject, or request additional documents during the verification process.

Activated drivers may receive trip requests created by customers through the platform.

Drivers may accept or reject each request. After acceptance, the driver is responsible for completing the trip according to the provided details.

Drivers must complete trips in accordance with applicable laws, safety regulations, and service guidelines. Misuse of the platform, fraud, or repeated cancellations after acceptance may result in suspension or termination.

Drivers earn income by successfully completing assigned trips. Commercial charges or service fees may be deducted from the total trip amount before earnings are credited.

The commission structure may change from time to time based on company policies.

Drivers can track performance and earnings in the application, including:

• Completed trips
• Daily, weekly, and monthly trip activity
• Total kilometers traveled
• Total earnings generated from completed trips

Drivers may withdraw available earned balances through the payment gateway integrated into the platform, subject to processing timelines of the payment provider and banking systems.

Withdrawals are currently allowed once every week.

Drivers agree to:

• Maintain valid licenses and vehicle documents at all times
• Follow traffic laws and government regulations
• Maintain professional behavior with customers
• Ensure the vehicle is safe and properly maintained
• Provide services honestly and responsibly

The company may suspend or terminate a driver account if false documents, fraudulent activity, policy violations, or serious customer or safety complaints are identified.

The company is not liable for disputes between drivers and customers, trip-related losses, accidents, or delays caused by external circumstances.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
