Drivers are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or partners of the company.
- Drivers control their own work schedules
- Drivers may accept or reject trip requests at their discretion
- Drivers are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and regulatory compliance
Nothing in this agreement creates an employer-employee relationship.
2. Use of Platform
The company provides a technology platform that connects customers creating trips with drivers who choose to accept them.
Drivers may use the platform to receive trip requests, accept or reject them, complete trips, track earnings, and withdraw earned income.
3. Driver Responsibilities
Drivers agree to:
- Maintain valid licenses and vehicle documentation
- Operate vehicles safely and legally
- Provide accurate personal and vehicle information
- Maintain vehicles in good working condition
Drivers are solely responsible for compliance with applicable transport and road regulations.
4. Equipment and Expenses
Drivers are responsible for providing and maintaining their own vehicle, fuel, mobile device, internet connectivity, maintenance, and insurance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Earnings and Commissions
Drivers earn income by completing trips through the platform. Service fees or commissions may be deducted from the trip amount before the remaining balance is credited to the driver account.
6. Driver Flexibility
Drivers have full control over their work schedule and may decide when to go online, go offline, accept trips, reject trips, work, or stop working.
7. Suspension or Termination
The company may suspend or terminate a driver account for fraud, false documents, policy violations, or repeated complaints. Drivers may also stop using the platform at any time.
8. Liability
The company is not responsible for accidents during trips, disputes between drivers and customers, damage to vehicles or goods, or loss of earnings due to driver inactivity.
9. Changes to Agreement
We may modify this agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
