Driver Earnings & Commission Policy

This policy explains how drivers earn income through the Dont Delivery On Time Driver Application and how commissions and adjustments are handled.

1. Driver Earnings

Drivers earn income by successfully completing assigned trips. Earnings may depend on:

  • Trip distance
  • Trip type
  • Location
  • Pricing structures set by the platform

Drivers can view earnings for each completed trip in the application.

2. Platform Commission

The company may charge a platform commission or service fee for providing access to the technology platform, trip management system, and customer network.

  • The commission is deducted from the total trip amount
  • The remaining amount is credited to the driver wallet

The commission percentage or service fee may change from time to time based on business requirements.

3. Earnings Transparency

Drivers can track the following within the application:

  • Earnings per trip
  • Daily earnings
  • Weekly earnings
  • Monthly earnings
  • Total kilometers completed
  • Total number of completed trips

4. Payment Adjustments

The company may adjust driver earnings in cases such as:

  • Trip cancellations
  • Pricing corrections
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Duplicate transactions
  • Technical errors

Drivers will be notified if an adjustment is made.

5. Taxes

Drivers are responsible for applicable taxes on their earnings. Drivers registered under GST are responsible for complying with relevant tax laws and regulations.
