All earnings from completed trips are credited to the driver wallet after trip completion.
The wallet may display:
- Total earnings
- Commission deductions
- Available withdrawal balance
- Completed trip summaries
2. Withdrawal Schedule
Drivers are allowed to withdraw earnings once every week. Withdrawal requests are submitted through the driver application using the integrated payment gateway.
3. Payment Processing
After a withdrawal request is submitted:
- The request is processed through the platform payment gateway
- Funds are transferred to the driver’s registered bank account or payment method
Processing times may vary based on the bank and payment provider.
4. Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The company may set a minimum withdrawal amount for processing payments. Drivers will be informed of applicable limits through the application.
5. Payment Delays
The company is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Banking network issues
- Payment gateway processing delays
- Incorrect bank account details submitted by the driver
6. Incorrect Payment Information
Drivers are responsible for ensuring that bank account details are accurate. The company is not liable for failed or delayed transactions caused by incorrect information.
