- Ensure timely and safe trip completion
2. Vehicle Condition
Drivers must ensure that vehicles are properly maintained, legally registered, safe for operation, and supported by valid documents.
3. Document Validity
Drivers must keep the following documents valid at all times:
- Driving license
- PAN card
- Aadhaar card
- Vehicle RC Book
- Pollution certificate
- GST registration, if applicable
Expired or invalid documents may result in temporary suspension.
4. Prohibited Activities
Drivers are strictly prohibited from:
- Providing false information or documents
- Engaging in fraudulent activities
- Misusing the platform
- Harassing or threatening customers
- Accepting trips outside the platform after receiving trip details through the app
Violation of these rules may result in permanent account suspension.
5. Safety Compliance
Drivers must prioritize safety during all trips. Unsafe driving, substance abuse, or negligence may result in immediate action.
6. Account Suspension
The company may suspend or permanently terminate a driver account if company policies, laws, or safety standards are violated.
